[OVERVIEW]
CEO of Mabo Director,
Korea Institute for Inner Search
Lecture Topics
(1) Mind Stewardship: Training Cognitive Sovereignty
A program designed to cultivate the ability to retain ownership over one’s attention, emotions, and meaning-making in the AI era—rather than unconsciously delegating judgment to external systems (algorithms/tools). Through the question “Whose judgment is this?”, participants reclaim agency using frameworks such as SOAR to strengthen autonomous decision-making.
(2) Sentient Presence: Training Sensory Awareness
A practice-based program to restore dulled sensory awareness in digital environments and reconnect with a sense of aliveness and immersion. Using a three-layer model—sensation (five senses) → emotion → consciousness—and frameworks such as PULSE, participants develop presence, emotional resolution, and burnout prevention skills.
(3) Inner Governance: Training Internal Leadership
A program focused on understanding and aligning the multiple “voices” (stakeholders) within the mind to enable consistent decision-making and leadership. Participants examine internal governance patterns (e.g., authoritarian, neglectful, suppressive) and apply the “STOP–CONVENE–LISTEN–ALIGN–DECIDE” process to cultivate integrated, Core Self–centered decisions.
